TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE

Scholarships Available until May 2009 for $1000 per month/per student*

TWO MONTHS ADVANCE TUITION - for month following month of enrollment & Non-Refundable Last Month's Tuition- $6000
PRORATED TUITION – for balance on month in which student is enrolled
STUDENT EXPENSE ACCOUNT DEPOSIT – to remain on account with school until termination of enrollment - $300

Includes the following:

• Academic curriculum for grades 7-12
• Room and board
• Counseling
• Recreation and physical education
• Dorm furnishings
• Laundry

STUDENT EXPENSES – to be billed as incurred, including, but not limited to:

• Transportation (Trips to Redding $50, longer trips according to cost)
• Property Damage
• Books, school & art supplies
• Student outings and field trips
• Clothing
• Postage
• Toiletries, grooming supplies & hairstyling
• Wilderness equipment

All billed expenses include applicable California sales tax.

Medical, dental, pharmaceutical, laboratory and any similar charges will be billed directly to financially responsible party by service provider.  In the event these bills are not paid, Shepherd's Ranch Christian Academy, at its sole discretion reserves the right to pay these bills from the Student Expense Deposit, in which event the responsible party will be required to replenish the deposit accordingly.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The tuition and expense billing period is from the first day through the last day of every month.  Tuition is billed one month in advance, and expenses are billed one month after incurred.  Payment is due on the last day of the month of billing.  Final billings, including any refunds due, will be issued within sixty (60) days of departure.

Payments will be considered delinquent if not received according to the above schedule.  Shepherd's Ranch Christian Academy retains the right to apply late charges to delinquent payments.  Late charges will be incurred at the periodic rate of 1.5% per month or an annual rate of 18%.

Shepherd's Ranch Christian Academy reserves the right to increase tuition and any or all fees at any time by giving at least sixty days (60) written notice to the Parent and/or Guardians.
